How much is shipping?
Free on every order over $75, to every country. Orders under $75 are a flat $4.99. No surprises at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days worldwide. Busy periods, holidays and local carrier delays can stretch that a little.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide, at the same rates.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country and are set by your local customs authority. They are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so do not worry if the link looks quiet at first.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@sablemae.com as quickly as you can. If the order has not been processed yet we can usually change the address or cancel it. Once it has shipped we cannot reroute it.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The piece needs to be unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email support@sablemae.com before sending anything back. We will approve the return and confirm where to send it. Items sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers buy their own return label, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. In those cases it is on us.
Is anything not returnable?
No. Every piece we sell can be returned within 30 days, earrings and sale pieces included, as long as it comes back unworn with its tags and original packaging.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected the return we will let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank may take a few days more to post it.
Products and care
What are your pieces made of?
The materials are listed on every product page. Where a piece is plated rather than solid, we say so there.
How should I look after my jewelry?
Keep it away from perfume, hairspray, lotion, chlorine and salt water, and put it on last when you are getting ready. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it somewhere dry, ideally in its own pouch so pieces do not scratch each other.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
It varies by piece, so check the materials on the product page. If you have a specific sensitivity, email us before ordering and we will check for you.
